Cassava Flour by Obiji

100% Fermented Cassava flour is used for making fufu also known as akpu.

Directions for use per manufacturer:

Mix 1 cup of cold water with 2 cups of cassava flour in a pot

Stir continuously with wooden stirrer over medium heat to a consistent dough.
